In order to maximize productivity in our facility, we have a production system based on 7 days in a week and 24 hours in a day, with our 18 special main machine tracks, and a fully automatic, and fully production program. Each machine has a microprocessor-controlled system and an auto-diagnosis feature. The machine capacities are between 2 and 6200 gr and the machine's compression force is between 50 and 1000 tons.

Quality assurance of product tolerances, color and physical appearance are carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process. Injection machines (presses) are specified by the choice of all shapes, sizes and configurations. The injection machine will have a manufacturing system based on various variables, including the size of the mold, the selection of the machine, the number of cavities and the raw material selected. In the Machinery Park, you can analyze the types of machines and Ancillary Equipment's we have in our facility. Manufacture starts when the molding is completed, and the machine is prepared. The first manufacturing work is examined, tested and reported in detail in order to avoid any malfunctions. If there is no problem, full manufacturing can begin. Mold and machine controls are done regularly. Common defects of the manufactured products such as strength of the product, color accuracy and bending of the product are systematically checked by our quality assurance team.
